Craig Paulnock is the associate vice president of digital products and innovation for the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities, a leading nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
He is responsible for developing new digital products and emerging platforms to drive ROI via optimizing customer experiences, increasing team member efficiency, and reducing costs over time. Paulnock’s philosophy is that solutions that benefit communities served by the YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities should scale efficiently to benefit other associations in the movement.
Paulnock has 20 years of digital experience with a focus on leading eCommerce, marketing, media, and IT for globally recognized Fortune 100 brands. He led multiple initiatives developing strategies and building large-scale, highly-visible digital platforms for both local and national audiences across a variety of industries.
Paulnock has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Augsburg College and an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management.
