Dave Mayo is a 25-year veteran of the Technology Industry. He has successfully worked in Technology, Consulting, Research and Health Care industries. He has held titles of CIO, Vice Presidentof Technology and Director of Technology. For the past 4 years, he holds the position of Vice President of Technology with Partners in Health. Partners in Health, a Boston based non-profit global health care organization founded in 1987. The goals of the organization are "to bring the benefits of modern medical science to those most in need of them and to serve as an antidote to despair."In previous positions, he was CIO at Yankee Group Research and Director of Technology at Lycos.com. During his tenure, he has lead multisite international technology teams delivering new products while introducing industry best practices. Throughout his career, he has realized that teamwork and alignment among business units are critical success factors to any endeavor. This is especially true when quickly building a team or retooling an organization for a new product or mission. He firmly believes that in order to build a successful venture, one must first clearly define and communicate what success is; otherwise, how will anyone know if it has been achieved?
