Fremont: San Francisco-based Alt12 a software company the developer of the popular BabyBump pregnancy tracker app, has secured $1.26 million in its seed round of funding led by Aydin Senkut’s Felicis Ventures and with participation by InterWest Partners and individual investors including HealthTap founder Ron Gutman. The three apps developed by Alt12 corresponding to social networks are BabyBump, PinkPad, and Kidfolio. This new funding will help Alt12 Apps make Kidfolio the best social network for parents and expand the company’s growing social health platform.
Established in 2009 and currently led by CEO Jennifer Wong Alt12 Apps is the developer of social health apps. Utilizing Sliprose, a proprietary framework, the company delivers award-winning apps with rich native experiences, an integrated mobile community, compelling content and elegant design.
