Juniper Networks Announces Divestment of Junos Pulse

FREMONT, CA: Juniper Networks, an innovative network technology solutions company, has announced that it has made a definitive agreement to sell its Junos Pulse and related SSL VPN and access control gateway products to Division Bell Acquisitions, LLC (“Newco”), an affiliate of Siris Capital. Being a private equity firm, Siris Capital is focused on making control investments in data, telecommunications, technology, and technology-enabled business service companies.

Both Juniper and Newco have a strategy at their disposal to cater to the needs of their current and new customers through consistent and seamless support through the transition and thereafter. As Plan B Technologies reports, processes regarding the purchase and support of Pulse products will not be subject to change in order to avoid impact during the transition.

Junos Pulse provides users with access to mobile, remote devices as well as applications alongside ensuring fool proof security, management and collaboration. It comes with simple interfaces for all services and provides identity and role-based security while supporting BYOD.
