CR Team Legacy technologies are inadequate to handle the high volume of data being generated at a tremendous velocity by structured and unstructured data sources (Big Data). The increased proliferation of mobile devices, cloud and social media are the key drivers for Big Data. With the tremendous amount of data accumulation in enterprises of all sizes, adoption of Big Data can be seen occurring on the opposite ends of the spectrum of enterprises. But the legacy technologies are inadequate to handle the burgeoning data. Reach1to1, a Big Data solutions provider, focuses on enabling decision makers sift through this Big Data scenario, focus on the critical information and make the right decisions. The approach it uses is Polyglot Persistence - or using multiple databases or indexing engines in a single application. In the spirit of non-competitive collaborative development, the company has released the core model of this architecture as an Open Source solution to encourage customers, partners and other Big Data service providers to use and enhance this model.

"One way is to differentiate by technology specialization - identifying specific skills or technologies within the Big Data envelope that are not easily available but are yet applicable in a wide range of market requirements. Another way to differentiate is by application or industry specialization - by creating reusable solutions. In either case, this requires a combination of luck and perseverance," says Ashutosh Bijoor, CEO, Reach1to1.

Reach1to1 has over ten years of experience in using NoSQL database technology to build enterprise solutions. It delivers Big Data solutions for capturing, storing, searching and analyzing structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Being a services company, Reach1to1 aims at leveraging its capabilities in the Big Data technology space to engage with customers in highly flexible models - projects, outsourced or onsite implementation, and resource augmentation. Its core capabilities are in implementing solutions that require handling a wide variety of data sources, having different combinations of volume and velocity. The company has created a reusable architecture that leverages Polyglot Persistence and addresses such requirements efficiently and provides very high performance. Reach1to1 is implementing several enterprise solutions across pharmaceuticals, insurance, e-Commerce, semiconductors and airlines verticals. It is also helping technology startups leverage Polyglot Persistence in their products to create significant value.

The company has raised fund from a Mauritius based PE Fund – Basil Partners. "Our high rate of growth is primarily driven by our investor's commitment to help us leverage their skills and investments to broaden our market reach, and enhance our team strengths to build capabilities that help us provide huge value to our customers at reasonable costs," adds Bijoor.
