Pega Automates Complex Client Onboarding with New Application
FREMONT, CA: Business applications software provider, Pegasystems has announced Pega Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), an application to streamline and automate client onboarding.
Pega CLM will boost the functionality of the Pega Onboarding application to reduce the complexity. The new application will help financial institutions in realizing rapid time to revenue, deliver quicker response to changing regulations, scale for the most complex global organizations and provide improved client experiences.
“Pega CLM sets a new standard for client lifecycle management by stripping away the seemingly insurmountable complexity and streamlining onboarding and KYC processes,” says Reetu Khosla, Senior Director of Risk, Compliance and Onboarding for Financial Services, Pegasystems.
A recent study by Pegasystems and Finextra revealed that 88 percent of banks identify ever growing Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations as negatively impacting client onboarding times—which delays time to revenue and diminishes client satisfaction and retention. The market consists of vendors such as Apttus, which delivers SaaS applications, allowing users to rapidly and simply deploy enterprise applications. The functionality allows users to gain complete visibility and end to end management of business function.
