Acquisition of Absolute Software Expands HEAT Software's Marketing Command

MILPITAS, CA: In a move to expand the firm’s capabilities and resources to accelerate its marketing position and to address the growing needs of clients; HEAT Software, a provider of Hybrid Service Management and Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions announces a the acquisition of assets and operations related to Absolute Software, a security and data risk management solutions provider.

The financial deal will stimulate the accession of the functions associated with Absolute Manage and Absolute Service from its parent Corporation. 

Absolute Manage, a client and enterprise mobility management solution helps organizations to manage and secure the entire mobile and endpoint devices from a single console, including Windows and Mac based PCs, as well as across several cross platform OS mobile devices. The technology is expected to significantly boost HEAT Software’s market share when embedded with its endpoint management. It also offers customers the most comprehensive device management capabilities in the industry.

On the other hand, Absolute Service is an IT Service Management (ITSM) and Help Desk solution which will serve HEAT Service Management business unit by offering customers the ability to deliver cutting edge service while maximizing the operational efficiencies with reduced cost and complexities.

After the closure of the acquisition, all Absolute Manage and Absolute Service customers will receive full support of the existing products from HEAT software, which has the ability to deliver to all enterprises across every marketing zone.
