FREMONT, CA: IT solutions provider, arvato has been awarded with the Process Solution Award 2016 for its BPM project ‘JHS Accelerate’ by Gesellschaft für Organisation.
JHS Accelerate allows internal core processes to be standardized and clearly depicted. It offers better transparency and process efficiency in information management with a broad set of features comprising of centralized task management system and a collaboration platform for operational project work. The suite features higher data quality with its unique property of storing contact data centrally in the CRM system, traceable email communication and a SharePoint search for quick retrieval of documents.
Currently, the non-profit foundation, Joachim Herz Foundation is using this project to automate and optimize their business processes. The organization aims at promoting education, science and research in natural sciences and economics sectors as well as the personal development of adolescents and young adults. “In collaboration with arvato Systems, a holistic solution for our employees and board members was developed that automates and optimizes the processes, as well as integrating them into third-party systems,” says Henner Struthoff, Head of the Department for Capital Investment, Joachim Herz Foundation.
arvato Business Process Management eliminates efficiency blocks and error-prone procedures. The company offers digital transformation solutions, enabling clients to make their visions a reality. “Growth, requirements for transparent core processes and changes in the IT environment made the JHS Accelerate necessary.
