BA Insight's WestKM Auto Tagger Elevates Legal Firm's Productivity
BOSTON, MA: BA Insight, a provider of connectivity software has introduced ‘WestKM Auto Tagger’ which will associate Microsoft SharePoint and Thomson Reuters WestKM software.
The BA Insight software framework offers robust administration of applications and helps users to view their knowledge assets as well as discover accurate information through smart previews, metadata mapping, visual refiners, metadata generation, text analytics and user-generated information sites.
Now, WestKM Auto Tagger by BA Insight will enable law firms to tag infinite content consisting citations, litigation information and transactional data from more than 50 sources. Now litigators and transactional attorneys’ will be able to explore and compare information and process law transaction in quick successions. Users can integrate SharePoint with Thomson Reuters WestKM legal solution for litigators and attorneys to manage, index and search documents and to get more access on documents by combining their document management system and portal.
Users of SharePoint can also take advantage of Elasticsearch capabilities such as real-time search, visualization of machine data and geosearch. In addition, BA Insight’s federator enhances developer’saccess to queries and results with security and low latency. Its Indexing Connectors allows SharePoint to index external repositories while creating a single index that points to all content.
“Previously, we could only run a small fraction of our documents through WestKM, limiting the amount of metadata we could extract from our documents. Now we can use WestKM’s categorization and entities on all of them consistently,” says Mike Tominna, SM at DLA Piper.
