Biscom's FAXCOM Develops Compliance Compatibility with Avaya

CHELMSFORD, MA: Secure enterprise fax and document delivery solutions provider, Biscom solution has unveiled that its propriety FAXCOM R6.5.5.11 solution to be compliance compatible with Avaya key team engagement solutions. Avaya, a solution provider allows customer and team engagement solutions to multiple channels and devices; enhances productivity and financial performance for better customer experience.

FAXCOM fax servers manage all aspects of document workflow and assist enterprise document delivery through fax, email, and Internet.  Avaya has compliance tested the application through H.323 and SIP trunks for compatibility with Avaya Aura Communication Manager 7.0 SP1 and Avaya Aura Session Manager 7.0.
