BLUE Software Acquires Kodak's 'Design2Launch'
CHICAGO, IL AND STAMFORD, CT: BLUE Software announced the acquisition of Eastman Kodak’s ‘Design2Launch’ software and services business. The company has made its second acquisition with Kodak in vision to grow technologically and fulfill needs of customers. The acquisition will help BLUE Software to spread its wings in industries such as pharmaceutical, consumer products, retail and industrial chemical sectors. BLUE Software is well known for its Brand Lifecycle Management (BLM) Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) services and with such acquisition, the company portrays its commitment towards technological innovations.

BLUE Software intend to merge ‘Design2Launch’ with its existing technology for customers and partners of BLUE and Kodak to experience the best of improved services without disruption. With the acquisition, customers can experience rapid product development from combined efforts of both the development teams.
