SCOTTSDALE, AZ: Bolste, a provider of business operating solution, launches a new Business Operating System (BOS), an enterprise communication tool that does not require app integration for teams. The tool streamlines communication and collaborates more effectively by housing all the app services such as file sharing, cloud storage, tasks, activity stream and more, into one platform avoiding chaos to the business environment.
The key features of the new BOS include: people-centric workspace, brand customization, activity feeds, security, live documents, admin statistics and global search.
The tool is a human-centric focused product connecting internal and external members connect and communicate in private. It allows users to optimize the look and feel of their individual user interfaces to match their brand and identity. The BOS also allows users to leverage the dashboards to view all the activity across all the channels and enables team members to instantly comment, reply and add links thereby acting as a mission control center.

It also streamlines specific activities and includes real-time document editing, similar to Google Docs, by housing all the documents in one location so that users can avoid looking through the email for files.
Bolste also includes a Gamification option for employees to invite outside parties working on a project via email invitation and utilize the platform, to increase the enterprise productivity.
