DataXoom to Expand its Channel Partner Program with the New App 'DX Partner'
BERKELEY, CA: Internet service provider, DataXoom has recently acknowledged the expansion of its channel partner program, including the Mobile-First initiative. The channel development will focus on a new mobile application, DX Partner, which is designed specifically for DataXoom sales partners.
The DX Partner application comprises of a range of tools for sales professionals, including quote requests, commission calculator, deal registration coupled with a News Wall to display product updates, industry news, and the latest DataXoom channel promotions. The app will be available for both android and iOS users. “We are clearly a mobile-first company, and we are embracing mobile technology to help our partners close more sales,” said Bryan Hagedon, Vice President of Channel and Partner Development, DataXoom.
The resource center of the app provides instant access of DataXoom collateral to the sales users and enables them to respond quickly to the client requests. The company offers choice of networks and mobile devices to the corporate user with a range of mobile data pricing options, without any annual contracts or penalty fees. With a number of data packs, customers can buy ‘pay-as-you-go’ data bundles, or buy a large pool of mobile data to suit their business needs. “Many of the current mobility offerings in the marketplace today are unattractive for channel partners for a host of reasons,” added Hagedon.
Furthermore, the app offers social media syndication, to allow partners extend their support for end customers with DataXoom content on all the major social networks. With the expansion of channel partner program, DataXoom aims to proactively address the emerging demand for 4G and LTE data, driven by video-based applications.
