Deloitte Digital's CloudMix on Oracle Solution Helps Execution of End-to-End Business Processes
LAS VEGAS, CA: The cloud customers have been demanding to have an end-to-end adaptive and responsive service process which can ease most of their tasks including transaction. To this end, Deloitte Digital – a full service digital agency – announces the availability of its Cloudmix on Oracle solution to implement customer-centric processes for cloud applications as well as on-premise tools.
CloudMix on Oracle is released under Deloitte’s Safe Passage to Cloud program which help clients assess cloud readiness and leverage business value. The solution is supported by Deloitte’s available practices for industries and Oracle’s customer cloud solutions and enterprise technology to enable end-to-end business process such as Campaign-to-Cash (C2C).
The C2C process allows users to track most effective dimensions including campaign, target or message to generate most revenue that helps users focus marketing spend on the best-performed items. It is integrated within CloudMix on Oracle that utilizes latest customer engagement tools such as social media and mobility to determine customers’ need and serve them according to their choice of transactions.
CloudMix on Oracle help pre-configure industry capabilities on Oracle customer cloud applications. The solution adopts agile implementation methodology for rapid deploy. It also enables integration between cloud solution and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on premise as well as cloud.
Deloitte’s new offering generates connected sales, service, Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) and marketing cloud ecosystem on the basis of an end-to-end Oracle technology stack. CloudMix on Oracle gives full insight across both the front and back office that help organizations understand the pros of lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and an integrated user experience.
