DSI's ROI Calculator Aims to Decrease Track Inventory Loss
REDMOND, WA: Dynamic Systems (DSI), a provider of bar code tracking systems for tools, maintenance, equipment, documents, work orders, inventory, and ID badge systems, announces the availability of a ROI (Return on Investment) calculator to help contractors, cleaning and restoration companies to save time and money.
The calculator allows companies to enter particulars such as number of field personnel, tool inventory and payback. It includes an FAQ section that describes how to use the software, how much training is required and what types of labels are available. It also provides information on the types of barcode scanners along with an implementation kit.
The latest release aims to reduce the loss of tools and track inventory. The maintenance module tracks the service performed and the service due on equipment; and enhances performance and productivity in the field.
CheckMate is a software application that uses barcode technology to track stockroom inventory, equipment, tools, capital equipment, documents or work orders. The company claims that the solution is easy-to-use, configurable off the shelf and provides advanced capabilities.
SIMBA is a traceability solution designed to work on the plant floor of seafood processors, meat packers and fresh produce grower/packer/shippers. It provides detailed production data including yields, traceability by lot, carton or product, inventory tracking and shipment reporting. It prints compliant labels such as the PTI case and pallet label as well as customized labels that contain logos. The system also provides real-time reporting.
“Loss of tools, malfunctioning equipment, and reduced productivity is a major cost today,” says Alison Falco, Founder and CEO, DSI.
