Electronic Payslip Functionality Facelifts K3 Syspro's Equator Software
FREMONT, CA: K3 Syspro, a firm that develops and delivers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions has recently brought out the Electronic Payslip functionality. The feature is a part of the company’s advanced Human Resource Management software tool set, named Equator Software. It is fully integrated with SYSPRO financial and manufacturing modules that are available either as built-in software suite or as discrete modules.
The software allows data to be captured electronically using devices including barcode, proximity tag and biometric readers. Company payroll managers enjoy time savings, optimize costs and reduce their businesses’ carbon footprint leveraging the software.
K3 Syspro’s Equator payroll software integrates fully with the eDoc Deposit, a document-management specialist that enable companies to deliver payslips and P60s to their employees as well as help suppliers to deliver invoices and statements to their customers. K3 Syspro working with eDoc Deposit has set up Equator to offer an Electronic Payslip service to companies, giving them the opportunity to use the web to deliver payslips and certificates to their employees.
The deployment of eDoc Deposit at McBurney Transport, one of Ireland’s independently-run logistics operations firm has resulted in saving at least 4.5 hours per week in handling and distributing the Payslips, which is on top of savings in paper consumption and ink for inkjet printers. The software enables employees to access their payslips on the internet by means of their username and PIN.
Kevin O’Donnell, Head of HR Development, K3 Syspro asserts, “This operational function has been provided not only to save payroll clerks time and reduce costs, but to also give workers a quick, secure and easy way of accessing Payslips and checking their records.”
