The combination helps to consolidate and simplify their infrastructure to a single customer communications management platform, providing intelligent and seamless customer experiences across multiple channels.
Built on earlier integrations between HP Exstream and Guidewire, it helps insurers craft knowledge-based, actionable communications across the customer lifecycle for consumer living off the multimedia platform today. The new enhancement boost speed to market, simplify and brings down IT dependency of consumers.

There is also provision for advanced template search where users can get back the collection of smart templates already available in HP Exstream. It provides flexibility and decreses the risk and compliance complications.
