iCONECT's Recent Release iCONECT-XERA Renders 24/7 Free, Secure Case Information Access
FREMONT, CA: iCONECT Development, LLC, a pioneer in eDiscovery review technology, has recently released iCONECT-XERA, a document review platform that provides secure, free, and unlimited 24/7 access to the case information via a “free” XERA-CONECT license. The software empowers client, administrators, project managers, and users to safely access billions of documents when and where they need, right on their mobile device.
Today’s legal professionals work in a highly competitive environment where they require an extremely intuitive web-based interface to access various case metrics. Moreover, getting access to key metrics about a case is incredibly important. Being able to get that information in real time from anywhere will empower counsel, clients, and administrators make critical decisions faster. iCONECT’s XERA dashboard serves ideal for GC, AGC, TAR managers, and attorneys to gain awareness on current case information. “Our software only gives visibility to those who don’t necessarily need to review document but need to be aware of current case information. Our platform fulfills such mobile data needs,” says Ian Campbell, CEO of iCONECT.
“Since XERA-CONECT access users are free, we’ve also created a better workflow by increasing case knowledge without increasing case costs,” adds iCONECT’s Vice President of Product Strategy, Iram Arras.
In addition, the software supports multiple languages including Spanish, French, Japanese and German to induce flexibility and comprehensibility for multiple users. The other features of iCONECT include easy setup, up-to-date data, and customized reports. “We will continue to innovate and making sure that the features are intuitive and accessible will be the key component of that innovation process,” assures Campbell.
