Inofile's Kno2 Gets ONC-HIT Certification
BOISE, ID: Inofile-provider of healthcare software which converts unstructured medical information into standard format, has announced about gaining Office of National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC-HIT) certification by its Kno2 clinical document exchange platform that offers document management and healthcare IT services. This will enable Electronic Medical Record (EMR) technology providers to seamlessly integrate Kno2 into their platform combined with Kno2 cloud.
This certification has been achieved through Drummond group, test lab and certification body under Electronic Health Record (EHR) adoption program. Kno2 links healthcare providers with their information technology and professional services, benefitting healthcare providers and patients. Through this recognition by ONC-HIT, Kno2 functionality offerings determined to be able to allow healthcare providers and hospitals to meet stage 1 and stage 2 Meaningful Use requirements and enable firms to receive payments. Kno2 can be accessed via cloud and multi-function gadgets empowering healthcare providers to serve faster, safe and precise transitions of care, referrals and record sharing activities.
To acquire this certification, Kno2 was assessed with policies and testing criteria applied by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), a federal agency with goal to provide essential resources in order to protect health of citizen along with keeping consistent eye on healthcare activities.
