Mainline Information Systems Enters Into a Reseller Partnership with HCL
A renowned national IT solutions and services provider, Mainline Information Systems, has announced an innovative reseller partnership with IT consulting and service firm, HCL.
FREMONT, CA: IT services provider Mainline Information Systems look forward to the collaboration with HCL to enhance its capability as a best-fit IT solutions provider.
Mainline Information Systems, based in Tallahassee, FL, is a private, information technology solutions and consulting enterprise. “A lot has changed in the industry in 30 years but the one thing that hasn’t changed is Mainline’s focus on helping to solve our customers' most pressing IT problems and initiatives”, says Jim Dixon, Vice President, Software and Servers, Mainline Information Systems. Mainline has been a renowned partner of IBM, a collaboration that has enabled them to better serve clients by evolving with clients' needs.
The enterprise entered into the reseller partnership with HCL following closely after IBM’s divestiture of many of its software products to HCL. A few of these products include IBM BigFix Endpoint Management along with the IBM Security Appscan.
In light of this new partnership, Mainline will continue to support existing clients impacted by the product transfer of IBM to HCL. Additionally, Mainline will enter into innovative sales deeds with present and future clients.
Mainline will now focus more on the IBM products which were transferred to HCL. However, the company will always be ready to present other HCL solutions to customers based on the requirements.
Below are the software assets that were forwarded to IBM from HCL, effective from the date, June 30, 2019:
• Appscan and BigFix for secure application development and device management respectively
• Connections for enabling workstream collaboration
• Commerce: an on-premise solution for omnichannel eCommerce
• Unica: an on-premise solution for marketing mechanization
• Portal: an on-premise solution for facilitating enhanced digital experience
• Notes and Domino for enabling faster email and low-code rapid application development
