mxHero's Mail2Cloud Automatically Transfers E-Mails to Cloud
SAN FRANCISCO, CA: mxHero, the cloud mailing service provider recently added a new feature to its Mail2Cloud Archive Suite. The new update offers manual and automatic filling of emails to the company’s cloud storage. Inbuilt in the suite’s Email Sync application, messages found in selected user inboxes or in predefined email folders across the company, can be automatically transferred to target cloud storage folders based on content of the message.
Email Sync helps users sync PST files, specific folders or even specific mails directly into the cloud storage. It stores the email, converts it to PDF, and saves each attachment separately. “mxHero has seen a keen interest from the market in the automation of email filing. More than just a convenience, automating the filing process also serves to standardize the organization of important correspondence,” states Alex Panagides, CEO of mxHero.
Furthermore, Mail2Cloud is a server-side tool that helps users organize email file management and reduce the overall costs associated with storing those files. It works in between user’s email server and cloud storage. Mail2Cloud supports a range of email and cloud vendors including online email systems from Google Apps and Office 365, coupled with Google Drive and Dropbox as well. Featured with a range of productivity tools, it provides high user rated instruments for day-to-day email efficiency and powerful email tracking—message, attachments and links, coupled with an option to save select emails as documents to cloud storage.
“The need of the hour is a powerful solution that improves how email functions for hosted service providers, end users, and businesses of all sizes. mxHero steps in to fill all these voids providing a unique cloud platform to empower businesses,” says Alexis Panagides, CEO, mxHero.
