Nimbl Unveils New Intelligent Accounts Payable Solution for Sap S/4hana® And Sap S/4hana Cloud
DENVER – Accounts Payable (AP) includes an abundance of complicated and inefficient aspects in even the most mature and modern finance departments. But navigating these challenges presents an opportunity. And today, NIMBL, a business technology and innovation acceleration company, is introducing a scalable cloud solution designed to transform finance departments’ approach to AP processing.
NIMBL’s Intelligent AP Solution is built on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and integrates with SAP S/4HANA® and SAP S/4HANA Cloud to support on-premise, cloud and hybrid scenarios. The newly launched offering enables:
• A centralized workflow, immediately initiated by incoming invoices that are scanned, keyed in or emailed
• state-of-the-art, modern and intuitive front-end that provides an engaging user experience
• Automated two- and three-way matching, reducing the number of steps in the AP process
• SAP Conversational AI, offering real-time answers to critical questions from AP clerks
“Too often, crucial information is dispersed across multiple channels, causing an abundance of hurdles and debilitating finance processes that constrain resources, accumulate superfluous costs and increase tension with suppliers,” says NIMBL Practice Director, Development & Innovation, Nathan Williams. “This solution transforms and modernizes the entire user experience, helping to increase efficiencies, reduce costs and minimize overall risk along the way.”
SAP-qualified partner-packaged solutions are built, sold and supported by SAP partners. These integrated solutions combine SAP® software with a partner’s industry or line-of-business expertise, services, customizations or applications, so that customers can run at their best whether they have 100 employees or more than 10,000.
Packaged solutions create a unique customer offering with a pre-defined price, scope and rapid implementation timeline and fast time to value. To obtain this designation, NIMBL met specific criteria and was qualified by the SAP Partner Solution Center organization.
“Businesses that use SAP technologies— many of whom use a mix of custom solutions and external services — have a real need here, because AP is so workforce intensive,” said Williams. “Our solution can help reduce repetitive tasks with automation, mitigate human error with self-training technologies and save money by removing complicated steps. It’s a win-win-win.”
NIMBL’sIntelligent AP Solution serves to streamline and consolidate business processes in real-time, all while automating as much as possible. With its web-based and mobile-adaptable front-end interface, the solution enables the finance and AP teams to effectively review, adjust, approve and post invoices, adding trend and reporting visibility at a corporate or global level.
