Nordstrom's Like2Buy Platform Bolsters Instagram-based Shopping Experience

SEATTLE, WA: Nordstrom, a fashion retailer, is partnering with Curalate to launch Like2Buy platform that allows for enhanced shopping experience for its customers through Instagram. Curalate is a comprehensive platform for marketing with images and Nordstrom is looking forward to leverage its capabilities for giving even more refreshing shopping experience to its customers.  

Through Like2Buy, Nordstrom would be able to bridge the gap between itself and Instagram by allowing customers to make purchases through Nordstrom Instagram page.

If a customer is interested in purchasing or learning more about a photo posted on Nordstrom’s Instagram feed, the Nordstrom profile name has to be clicked followed by clicking the link on the Nordstrom profile page. The customer will then see a gallery of all the featured products and can select an item and go directly to Nordstrom.com to complete the purchase.

‘My Likes’ is another function through which customers can curate items they would like to purchase sometime later.
