PDMG's ICD9CodeUp and ICD-10 to be billing compliant by October 1, 2015
WEBSTER, MA: Professional Data Management Group (PDMG) announces development of a cost-effective solution for medical providers and billers to become ICD-10 billing compliant by October 1, 2015.
PDMG’s ICD-10 a change in medical billing practices according to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, will affect everyone covered by the Healthcare Insurance Portability Accountability Act (HIPAA).
According to PDMG failure to implement the new ICD-10 codes by October 1, 2015 could cause significant cash flow problems for medical service providers. The medical service provider who could be affected are physicians, nurses, psychologists, physical therapists, chiropractors, ambulance operators, dentists and any other providers who bill insurance for their services.
