SCHAUMBURG, IL: Port Arthur Independent School District that serves 15 different campuses across the city of Port Arthur, Texas, will be implementing education exchange solutions offered by Quadrant 4 Education, a provider of cloud-based student learning applications. Quadrant 4’s EmpowerED solutions, a platform for seamless academic assessment and intervention, will provide a flexible and complete student learning process bringing together the students, teachers, administrators and families.
