Sage and Cleo Pair up to Develop an Integrated Finance Solution Platform
Sage, the leading SaaS solution provider, has partnered with Cleo, to deliver enriched finance data management platform. Associating with the top cloud solution provider Cleo, Sage upgrades the existing finance data ecosystem by blending the strengths of the two companies. Cleo announced the idea of coming up with Integrated Platform as a Service (iPaaS), which is an amalgam of Cleo’s cloud services and Sage’s Saas technology.
The integrated product, iPaaS uses data as its asset and data connectivity remains to be the prime concern. Connecting the two distinct and powerful tech notions, cloud and SaaS, the product focuses on streamlining the data flow between the external sources and the internal communications, and monitoring the data interactions with various components such as the end users, suppliers, references and more. The simplified cloud data processing solution further embraces the advanced accounting and finance conceptualizations, which are inspired by SaaS. The resulting product is an intelligent and sophisticated end-to-end assistance provider, which ensures complete processing of critically focused tasks and work cycles like procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, etc.
“Today’s enterprises must have the freedom to choose and deploy cloud-based applications, such as Sage Intacct, that help expand their businesses without worrying how to integrate them into their IT infrastructure. As a certified Sage Intacct Marketplace Partner, Cleo does just that” said Mahesh Rajasekharan, CEO, Cleo. Along with finance and accounting, Cleo and Sage aim at supporting a lot of other enterprise platform solutions such as logistics and fulfillment, electronic data interchange (EDI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and more in future. Explaining more about the product and the partnership, Chris Rose, Vice President, Sage Intacct stated “increase their operational and transactional power by easily integrating important financial management processes into their overall business processes. Sage Intacct helps manage all the financial heavy lifting for businesses, while Cleo takes care of the heavy lifting of integration — delivering added value as our joint customers continue to grow.”
