Signavio Declared the Full Integration of APQC's PCF
SUNNYVALE, CA: Earlier this week, the global authority in benchmarking best practices, process and performance improvement, and knowledge management, APQC and a business process and decision management software, Signavio, declared the integration of Process Classification Framework (PCF) by APQC in Signavio’s solutions.
APQC’s PCF is considered to be the world’s most used process framework. This framework helps organizations to effectively communicate and explain work process by creating a common language. The same framework is now available in Signavio’s web-based BPM solutions and also offers critical Key Performance Indicator (KPI) definitions and descriptions that serve as a standard. The critical KPI descriptions and definitions are flexible enough to adapt based on the organization’s requirements.
“The framework and the performance benchmark data are an excellent reference point for business process modeling and improvement initiatives,” said Gero Decker, CEO at Signavio.
The Signavio platform proffers features such as responsive interface alongside collaborative modeling that defines the combined design of business processes and atmosphere for company-wide BPM. Signavio offers free 30 day trial of their platform and registered customers will receive the added benefit of process classification framework in the trial.
“We are excited about the benefits Signavio's users will achieve through the integration of the Process Classification Framework,” said John G Tesmer, Director of Open Standards Benchmarking of APQC.
