Textura and CMiC Introduce Real Time Integration Tool for Data Exchange
FREMONT, CA: Textura Corporation (NYSE: TXTR), provider of collaboration solutions for the construction industry along with CMiC, supplier of advanced enterprise software solutions for construction and capital project firms, have announced the introduction of Real Time Integration, a tool that will enhance the integration of Textura Payment Management (CPM) and CMiC software, for a seamless and real time exchange of data between the two systems.
The Textura/CMiC RTI Adapter tool is capable of fully automating data exchange by improving process efficiency, correspondence and collaboration between project teams and partners. In addition, the tool eliminates the manual import/export of information between CMiC’s enterprise resource planning system and Textura’s payment management solution. The tool automates the transfer of subcontracts, change orders, compliance status, invoices and document images to enhance the user experience by allowing the users to configure the timing and frequency of the automated data transfers. In addition, the searchable audit functionality of the tool provides historical information.
Textura’s CPM tool is a web-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering that is capable of electronically integrating all construction payment management processes. The solution ensures a seamless online workflow that takes care of processes like billing, lien waiver collection, progress claims, statutory declarations, sub-tier waivers, compliance management, and electronic payments while promoting collaboration within the project team. “We are excited about the new era in our partnership with Textura. This alliance with Textura exemplifies our ability to operate dynamically and surpass industry standards, impacting future trends. By focusing on collaboration, integration, productivity and transparency, we are not just optimizing efficiency, we are driving the next generation of interoperability,” says Oliver Ritchie, Vice President, Product Strategy at CMiC.
Meanwhile the CMiC software is an integrated construction accounting and project management software solution that covers the entire construction project lifecycle from concept to asset. The functionalities offered by the CMiC solution encompass the full spectrum of requirements to ensure a successful construction project. The fully integrated solution has been designed specifically for the needs of organizations that want lower project costs, increased resource productivity and enhanced operational efficiency.
“We're thrilled that we have been able to work together with CMiC to enhance the interface with their ERP solution, bringing greater efficiency to construction companies' critical financial activities. The RTI initiative underscores the strength of our partnership with CMiC and both organizations' commitment to delivering extraordinary benefits to clients,” states Mark Mariano, Integration Product Manager, Textura.
