Following the partnership, the Fiserv customers can access Cisco’s workforce experience solution and Cisco branch solutions. The Cisco Workforce experience solution lets the in-house teams and product experts to communicate and merge through advanced, unified messaging, audio, video and web talk capabilities from any place on all devices. It also allows video-based remote expert services that help financial organization staff to hold virtual face-to-face meetings with bank customers or credit union members. On the other hand, Cisco branch solution offers safe in-branch Wi-Fi allowing the employees to move around to speak to the customers in the universal banker model.
