Integrating with tools such as Slack.com brings all communication in a single window, eliminating the need for in-team email. It further facilitates open channel communication specific to a project, team or customer; thereby, increasing productivity. Being mobile-friendly, the solution eases processes including project assignments, resource management, time and expense management via Unit4Me app. The solution is expected to be commercially available by the second half of 2016.
Finally, the Digital Assistant solution works on natural language processing, providing intelligent recommendations to address complex tasks; it also speeds up repetitive or low-value tasks. Latest technologies like pattern recognition are embedded into the solution to understand user behavior, analyzing data from different sources. Similar to ‘Business World On!’, the Digital Assistant solution is built based on Unit4’s People Platform Premium Edition.
