Update on the launch of SPS' Deal Origination Analytics Portal

NEW YORK, NY: Sutton Place Strategies (SPS) redefined deal souring for private equity and M&A professionals with the launch of its Deal Origination Analytics™ Portal last November. The Portal is designed to connect users with relevant new deal sources, and help clients navigate their way to less competitive processes at more reasonable valuations.

In the past year, the Portal has delivered on its promise of “smart” technology and has created value for its clients by increasing their business development effectiveness through these key features:

• Identify and reach out to new relevant deal sources in a timely manner via the New Deal Sources menu on the dashboard. The accomplishment of the Portal has been duly recognized by the M&A industry. Corporate LiveWire awarded SPS the 2016 M&A Analytics Platform of the Year, part of the 2016 M&A Awards. The Portal was also recognized as one of the “useful tools available to dealmakers” in a June 2016 Mergers & Acquisition column entitled, “Dealmaker’s Guide to M&A Services, Groups & Resources: Data providers, virtual data rooms and networking groups are becoming increasingly important tools in M&A” authored by Danielle Fugazy.
