Visualize Transportation Management "VIA" Tranztec
PERRYSBURG, OH: Transportation and logistics application developer, Tranztec recently revealed new visual transportation management platform, VIA to visually present real-time data within a unified environment. VIA is hosted on Tranztec’s Tranzactor which is a sophisticated workflow platform, capable of being readily integrated with any third-party web service, application, or communication system.
VIA works within the client’s existing software and provides them a platform to visualize planning, tracing, and management in a simple, easy, and visually appealing way. It is a web-based freight planning and tracking system that helps users organize cards to represent their freight, drivers, equipment, and routes into boards. Utilizing visuals known as “cards”, VIA streamline transportation management by displaying real-time data such as driver availability, stops, ETA, routing, rates, status, confirmation, settlement, to name a few. “The major advantage VIA provides freight planners, is unified access to all the information needed to plan, route and manage freight most efficiently. Its real-time nature allows simultaneous collaboration among shippers, 3PLs, brokers, carriers and operators,” says Toby Miller, CEO, Tranztec.
VIA provides users with at-a-glance view of their freight through efficient visualization, and include details such as stops, ETA, and routing, and more. It enables users to define boards as per their need and to move cards easily from one board to another. VIA automatically sync hours of service and positions from user electronic logging device to keep online asset information up to date with the latest information directly from the vehicle and integrates with VIA Mobile to allow drivers get access of any necessary information. Its web based system allows organizations and their teams to manage the fleet from any location. “VIA is visual. There is nothing like it in the industry today,” added Toby Miller.
