WGBH Integrates Corridor's Contract Management Electronic Email Collaboration Product
WAKEFIELD, MA: WGBH, a public media powerhouse that serves educational content, has selected Corridor Company’s Electronic Email Collaboration module (EEC) of the Contract Management App for SharePoint, CM to deal with its contract and document collaboration process.
With this selection, WGBH implements Corridor’s EEC, which helps it in competent negotiation and collaboration process of big, notable files, like Masterpiece, NOVA, Frontline and American Experience. “Given the volume and complexity of our collaboration and negotiation process, it was imperative that we find a tool that can provide the functionality that we need to be efficient and effective. Corridor Company’s CM (app) did just that,” says Kate Van Sleet, Administrative Director of Legal and Business Affairs at WGBH.
Corridor’s CM (app) EEC feature addresses WGBH’s requirements on several levels and helps it to exchange and negotiate contracts efficiently via email.It automatically and securely saves the receipt of the delivery directly into the intended repository. In addition, it enables WGBH to maintain and quickly locate an agreement and its current status and a full version history of the collaboration process and changes.
