YCD Multimedia Introduces Latest Version of 'Cnario Digital Signage Suite'
NEW YORK, NY: YCD Multimedia, the leading global provider of advanced digital signage software solutions, launched version 3.8 of its well known ‘Cnario Digital Signage Suite’. The latest version of digital signage is noteworthy and hosts new features as well as infrastructure upgrades.
The new features include:
Network Module — It consists of content distribution workflow & distribution server that dramatically accelerates large content deployments which are often used in pixel perfect and high resolution video walls.
New Codec and Enhanced 4K Support — The Latest version of digital signage offers better hardware utilization, multiple 4K outputs per player, and it is also embedded with H.265 and VP9 codec.
HTML5 Enhancements — Cnario provides the back end control interface which enable users to customize the appearance of their HTML5 app, enables support for multi-GPU environments, and updates Cnario’s HTML5 engine.
API Support — Version 3.8 improves 3rd party integration with APIs across the entire digital signage ecosystem. With API support, organizations can automate their digital signage workflows and alter content in real time.
Infrastructure upgrades offered by new versions are:
Windows 10 and DirectX 11 Support: The latest software is compatible with latest Windows operating system and delivers higher performance through DirectX 11.
Hardware Framelock/Genlock: Cnario player can be integrated with the AMD FirePro S400 Synchronization Module to lock outputs of various players together to present frames at exactly the same time.
New Player API: Cnario supports latest web communication protocols with full bi-directional functionality.
GPU Accelerated Video Decoding: By using more powerful mathematical processing, number of video files can be played back at low cost and low power hardware.
