These capabilities are helping Bold Group’s customers leverage new technologies to better solve real-life challenges. A case in point is a central station and monitoring services provider serving 700 security dealers across the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Canada that sought Bold Group’s help in replacing their current outdated monitoring software with a web-based, automated solution that would allow them to scale and grow. Bold Group implemented the Stages platform that reduced data entry, and its API flexibility allowed for the creation of customized user interfaces. As a result, the customer was able to push and pull data from the monitoring center in real-time, enabling them to drive efficiencies and respond to emergencies more proactively.

Building upon its over 40 years of success, Bold Group is now planning to expand cloud-based versions of its solutions to help security businesses run more efficiently. In addition, Bold Group is introducing more flexible APIs into its product portfolio by partnering with industry-leading companies, such as Microsoft, pulseM, and WeSuite.
