Promptly notified by the data centre infrastructure management services monitor, CRSC’s technicians were dispatched to the site even before the facility manager contacted the NOC. The team arrived within 40 minutes and performed field replacement of the damaged electrical infrastructure, stabilizing the site before the utility level connection was restored. By skillfully managing the transition of the generator back to the utility power, the company ensured zero downtime for the customer.
