While headquartered in Atlanta, Delta TechOps’ global reach offers access to the tools and equipment needed to keep aircraft flying around the world. Its MRO bases accommodate many wide and narrow body aircraft simultaneously in its hangars to get aircraft repaired and flying. The entire maintenance operation is handled from the Global Maintenance Control Center, a state-of-the-art centralized point of contact for all technical resources globally around the clock. This center coordinates every aspect of all technical operations including the Disabled Aircraft Response Team managed by a team of highly trained technicians.
Delta TechOps’s Inventory Exchange program allows aircraft to fly out, without waiting for a part to be serviced and tested. The servicing of the defective part is taken up later saving on precious airtime.
