Eddy offers two platforms; EddyCore and Eddy One. Eddy Core focuses on credentialing, enrollment tracking, and monitoring, whereas EddyOne for Providers works seamlessly with EddyCore to provide a complete solution for healthcare organizations.

A dual-platform system, Eddy offers EddyOne for managing professional data. The portal allows users to enter, store and edit their credentials in one location and simultaneously share them with multiple entities. This stands in contrast to rival systems, which typically require users to fill out applications each time they apply to a new entity. With Eddy, healthcare providers can efficiently manage their credentials and save time by avoiding the need to fill out multiple applications.

Eddy has added two new products, EddyAnalytics and EddyDataBank, into its portfolio. EddyAnalytics provides custom reports and dashboards for healthcare organizations and simultaneously pulls data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights, while EddyDataBank centralizes data from multiple software systems, then delivers standardized information to other systems. Comparatively, Eddy’s solutions are more costeffective than other solutions and do not require coding, making them easy to use for clients.

The software's simplicity makes it easy to flow from one step to the next without extensive training. Unlike competitors who require over 10 hours of training, Eddy’s clients are ready to use the system after a Kick-Off Call that lasts about an hour and a half.

Eddy's ease of use is attributed to Vine's background as a teacher, where simplifying instructions is crucial for efficient learning. Earlier in her career, she designed software for the education industry to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry. An investor in the healthcare space recognized this architecture’s potential to be replicated in healthcare, specifically in credentialing, leading to the birth of Eddy. Vines worked diligently for two years, researching and talking to professionals in the healthcare industry to learn about their issues with existing options. Being an outsider in the healthcare industry allowed Vines to view the space from a different perspective and design a better solution.
