On another occasion, they helped their client build an autonomous drone dock, customized with a heating and cooling system, to deploy drones in extreme climatic conditions. The mounted sensors could monitor the area's temperature and remotely regulate the dock's temperature to safeguard the drones. Today COVID-19 has disrupted the regular functioning of most startups in Israel, where some are quickly springing up while many are shutting down. However, the increased focus on medical projects has been beneficial for Efcom.
