It enables organizations to use Lync 2013 to easily incorporate a realtime presence enabled web chat service within hours on their website,” says Vollerthum.

One of the successful stories of Enabling Technologies involves Ewing Cole, a fully integrated architectural, engineering, interior design and planning firm. Enabling Technologies provided them with Microsoft Lync server 2010 that met all their communication needs. The company also designed Communication Enabled Business Apps, which enabled Ewing Cole to integrate their Lync phone calls into CRM (ETC CRM Sync).
