Enterprise Integration
Delivering End-to-End Supply Chain Visibility

Enterprise Integration

Michael Locher, CEO & Founder
In the present dynamic technology era, organizations are deploying multiple platforms to add value to their business. The Internet of Things (IoT), cloud, and real-time visibility are being harnessed to establish better connections with customers and achieve desirable end results. Subsequently, significant monitoring data is being generated each day, making it difficult for CIOs to manage the data influx. Besides, the C-suite lacks the visibility required for an end-to-end business technology supply chain and the siloed mentality of organizations makes data management even more challenging. “We are developing programs, engines, and apps that take these terabytes of data, co-relate it, and help customers resolve the issues quickly,” says Michael Locher, CEO and Founder, Enterprise Integration.

With over 15 years of experience, the company offers Service Delivery Intelligence™ (SDI™), a tool which enables users to integrate unstructured data with the help of monitoring management tools. Alongside, it facilitates customers to identify the gaps, vulnerabilities, and opportunities for optimization. The organization of unstructured data gives a better picture of the entire IT supply chain and helps achieve tangible business results. SDI™ visually and digitally tracks every mode of the clients’ IT network from endpoint devices, routers, hubs, and database servers. With the help of digital and human intelligence, Enterprise Integration correlates the successful delivery of IT and ensures superior customer experience.

“After correlation, we identify the reason for the failure of data, helping companies save a lot of money,” explains Locher. EI’s SDI™ tool suite programmatically feeds the Digital Robotics Engine™, which harmonizes the health and delivery of the integrated data to businesses, without human intervention. The solution can auto-resolve the data hindrances and back-end system problems while presenting reports to engineers in a concise framework.“The tool directs the issues to the right engineer in the right department,” remarks Locher. Besides, Digital Robotics also bestows Enterprise Integration with the ability of seamless IT Service Management (ITSM) and acceleration of workflows.

The Endpoint Experience tool monitors real-time application performance and its availability at the user level endpoint. The tool proactively allows users to monitor all the data points that come together to form their experience and perception of IT’s value. The comprehensive monitoring of endpoint performance of an organization empowers IT to make rapid, yet highly informed decisions to strategically maximize value at the end user level.

The firm also offers Indicator of Compromise™, a digital robotic automation tool that adequately reduces response time in identifying threats for a much more expedient resolution. This enables security engineers to stay ahead technologically and deal with the approaching threat, further reducing wide-spread risk in organizations.

The company’s end-to end visibility and systemization of operations help CIOs to do away with difficulties around unstructured data and concentrate on their ‘real job.’ In one instance, Enterprise Integration assisted a client in the container shipping domain by integrating their existing tools to create a tailor-made solution which enabled the client to gain better visibility across their supply chain.

Forging ahead, Enterprise Integration intends to transform digital robotic process automation into an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system which will allow it to add more intelligent applications and enhance the current offerings. “We will continue to offer innovative IT solutions that will help organizations use human capital in the best possible way,” concludes Locher.
