The project was for a Fortune 500 software company that wanted to implement a large corporate Oracle EBS and deploy a BI system, while maintaining multiple legacy systems for roughly 20 offices across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas. Infosemantics provided a team of 15 senior professionals, local to the software company’s U.S. and Singapore offices, to kick-off a review and planning phase to understand the status of the project. Following the planning phase, the team delved into the local statutory and reporting requirements of different locations and advised the company on the use of various methods of local language support. Based on the results of these sessions and necessary documentation, Infosemantics’ team of technical professionals led a series of conference room pilots in California, Europe, South America, and Asia. The Infosemantics team achieved go-live within 15 months, which was originally targeted for 24 months by the Big5 Systems Integrators.
