The challenge was to implement an end-to-end demand management process with SLAs and OLAs in place. Infosysta came up with a solution that was fully Agile and implemented in three layers such that the higher-level business executives could interact with the IT department and other level employees in a hassle-free manner. The whole implementation was a huge task, and was performed in three iterations and was completed in one and a half years. The client was ultimately able to gain an end to end visibility in the workflow that covered the demand request management.
