Being a Microsoft Gold Partner, IPI has met the rigorous requirements of Tier 1 partners to ensure that they can provide clients with a complete end-to-end solution. For instance, when it comes to issues pertaining to security of user’s identity, mobile devices, data protection, pc management and default antivirus needs, the firm presents its clients with the Enterprise Mobility Suite. “For clients with needs that are specific to Line of Business application needs, Azure is always the most preferred option,” says Garba. “For firms requiring customer relationship management, we offer Microsoft Dynamics CRM online.”
Elaborating on the advantages of cloud, Garba explains that Azure makes it easy and quick for businesses to leverage on the power of the cloud to deliver profound solutions and services. Armed with its expertise in Microsoft Azure, the company implements a simple process of designing, publishing web and mobile apps with customer specific tools. The company has recently become Microsoft’s Tier 1 Cloud Solutions Provider (CSP) Partner capable of service as cloud distributor partner to all online services offered by Microsoft.
IPI was incorporated out of a necessity to curb the ills that plagued the business technology solution industry, at a time where the norm in the industry was to focus on only sales margin and not on effective and conclusive project delivery.
In an instance, one of IPI’s clients’ who had 400 agents nationwide attending to over thousands of customers, was facing issues such as service downtime, frequent user dissatisfaction, and delayed responsiveness to issues. IPI ended up recommending that they move to Azure and since deployment, there has been tremendous reduction in customer complaints while the service is always on and connected. “We pride ourselves as one of Microsoft’s most trusted brand to deliver value. The level of confidence in our capacity expressed by both Microsoft and potential clients come from referrals after successful deployments,” adds Garba.
Additionally, IPI also provides ancillary products that enhance disaster recovery strategies, security requirements and end user experiences. IPI’s offerings include analytics and big data services employed via simplistic analytic tools with state of the art encoded technology that sift through data and provide user friendly interpretations of the input included using tools that customers are most conversant with.
For the future, IPI aims at offering unparalleled solutions advantageous both to themselves and their customers, as well as increasing their client base within a vertical market. Being recently approved into Microsoft CSP Program as 1 Tier CSP (Cloud Solutions Provider) Partner, IPI planned to extend their operations base in providing unique customer service experience by expanding into 17 countries including Angola, Botswana, Cabo Verde, Cameroun, Cote d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Mauritius, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia. “We are currently developing our own intellectual property to help integrate solutions for our existing and prospective customers,” concludes Garba.
