These apps include conversational AI for retail and ecommerce clients, license plate recognition for gas stations and convenience stores, and threat detection system for schools and academic institutions.

Iterate’s conversational AI is far more capable and detailed than other point solutions available on the market, tracking more than 120 different intents. Generic bot solutions are limited in their capabilities and often fail to provide relevant answers to customer queries. Iterate’s conversational AI, on the other hand, integrates with enterprise backend systems to pull data from customer reviews, recommendations, transactions, and product feeds.

Based on the vast amount of data collected, Iterate builds a comprehensive machine learning vocabulary specific to the customer domain, which enables its chatbot to respond to customers’ questions more intelligently. Iterate’s solutions are currently in use by more than 3,000 physical stores, and 30 websites with accumulated traffic at 34.8 million. From chatbots, voice, natural language processing (NLP,) AI, blockchain, and data applications, the solutions are built and deployed at scale.

Some of Iterate’s clients are in the automobile sector. They use Iterate’s computer vision application, which factors in customers’ transactional data, for damage assessment after accidents to deliver accurate and comprehensive repair estimates.
