Cost-effective Services to Unleash the Power of Cloud

With the rapid evolution of the business landscape, it has become essential for organizations to modernize their IT infrastructure. One of the most important pillars of this digital transformation initiative is cloud adoption. Not only does it enable business entities to gain efficiency, agility, and scalability, but allows them to build and run applications without the need to manage a data center or invest in hardware. This is why several organizations also consider cloud migration as a cost-saving measure. However, instances are aplenty where businesses struggle to manage resources for cost, usage, and performance optimization. As such, they are impelled to pay more than their expectation or the estimation. To this end, businesses need to rightly strategize their cloud migration project and manage their complex cloud deployments.

This is where Joe’s Datacenter makes a world of difference. When the company was founded in 2008, it offered bare-metal dedicated servers and colocation services, then eventually grew its capabilities to provide enterprise internet services, virtual private servers, public and private cloud services. “We are switching focus from just bare metal and colocation to private and public cloud services. And we can provide services like the leading cloud providers at a more competitive price,” says Joe Morgan, Founder and CEO, Joe’s Datacenter. The company today also offers backup services and a full cybersecurity suite with anti-virus, anti-malware, and anti-ransomware built into it. “Forging backup services with cloud offerings, we can conduct disaster recovery in multiple regions without any downtime,” Joe adds. The company also maintains a technical insurance policy and is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, PCI/HIPAA compliant data center.

Joe’s Datacenter offers services on a monthly basis and does not tie clients with long-term commitments. This relieves businesses from the pressure of continuing use of services that do not align with their ever-evolving business needs. Furthermore, clients can easily place an order for any service on Joe’s Datacenter website and configure their packages as needed. The clients automatically receive all the information of further process, including—setting an appointment to install the equipment, pre-configuration equipment to keep it rack-ready, and shipping the equipment to Joe’s Datacenter for colocation. Once a customer’s equipment arrives at the facility, the company assists businesses in installation and ensures it is ready to use.

Honing such capability, Joe’s Datacenter today caters to a wide range of clientele—from SMBs to enterprises. To elucidate, on the bare metal front, the company primarily helps smaller web hosting service providers.

We are switching focus from just bare metal and colocation to private and public cloud. And we can provide services like leading cloud providers at a competitive price

“They have the technical expertise, and we provide them with significant cost-saving opportunities,” adds Joe. At the same time, Joe’s Datacenter’s colocation services are leveraged by organizations of all sizes, especially by clients looking for smaller data centers. The company provides a complete package of colocation services, including bandwidth, power, and cooling systems for running servers efficiently. On top of that, the team helps clients in installing their equipment, ensuring zero inconveniences. More importantly, the company allows businesses to collocate anything as small as a single server to full cabinets of equipment. “Clients can start with a small investment and then grow with us. This helps them manage their costs and scale steadily without burdening themselves with a high price,” says Joe. In addition, various managed service providers (MSPs) and resellers white label resell Joe’s Datacenter’s backup and cybersecurity suite according to their clients’ needs.

To put things into perspective, a client switched from AWS to Joe’s Datacenter’s services. They had migrated their workloads to AWS to reduce operational costs, but as they scaled, the expenditure became unmanageable with bills ranging anywhere from $50,000 to $90,000 a month. So, they approached Joe’s Datacenter for colocation services. But, when the client realized Joe’s Datacenter also has public cloud offerings, they decided to explore it. Satisfied by the service and cost, they eventually migrated instances from AWS to Joe’s Datacenter cloud. “We could offer an equivalent number of computing resources at the price of $30,000 a month,” prides Joe.

Such instances of client success drive Joe’s Datacenter to continually enhance its service portfolio. The company has also expanded its reach to multiple regions, establishing infrastructure in San Francisco and New York. Additionally, it has plans to start white-label reselling the cloud offerings along with the backup and cybersecurity suites used by resellers and MSPs. “We focus on delivering custom-designed datacenter services with the highest quality of customer support at competitive prices,” concludes Joe.
