KEOPS has been a source in reaching operational excellence for various customer organizations enabling them to release their products in short period of time. In an implementation highlight of the company’s solution, a global manufacturer of the food industry was able to bring optimized potential within their product development cycle after leveraging the platform and solutionsof KEOPS. “We enable them to optimize their processes through our end-to-end solutions that built a collaborative environment for them to operate their manufacturing processes,” says Kowalski. Unlike their earlier days, when the time frame for releasing the product in the market was over one year, the customer was able to complete the entire product lifecycle in three months.
