It entails an exhaustive (and growing) range of group management features including online sign-ups, online appointment scheduling, course registration, membership management, volunteer management, donor management, fundraising, and crowdfunding. For the K-12 audience, Lumaverse solutions make it easier to: coordinate parent-teacher conferences, virtual and in person school meetings, raise money through crowdfunding, arrange school lunch and Chromebook distribution during shutdowns, and register teachers and staff for mandatory training.

To keep up with the changing needs of its users, Lumaverse regularly conducts one-on-one customer interviews, proactively sets product strategy calls, and collects customer feedback via email on a regular basis. This agility came in handy at the start of COVID-19: when the team realized most events were moving online, they built a Zoom integration so organizers could point attendees to a video conference directly from any sign up or email. Another recent feature addition: Portal Pages, which give schools the ability to use their specific school colors and logos to promote events and activities on a branded web page.

Last year, Lumaverse Technologies touched 145 million participants, parents, teachers, and students in the US. Heading into the next year, Lumaverse will invest heavily in R&D to continue building and enhancing community engagement solutions.
