“This has been a bigger challenge for us, to streamline a clear message to our clients to help them understand that computer systems and servers are the life blood and tool of your business,” states Amon Prasad, CEO at Network Remedy. While majority of the firm’s clients in the SMB space are migrating to Cloud services for business continuity, redundancy and disaster recovery issues for their onsite deployments; they also rely on Network Remedy to avoid huge capital expenditures and increased maintenance costs. “Our clients in the SMB space get the benefit of a great enterprise grade solution and we get to provide that value to them at an affordable price,” points Prasad.
One of the many reasons why enterprises look up to Network Remedy is because of its unique position to offer highly scalable solutions at affordable price points. The firm’s virtualized software platform powered by VMware architecture leverages multi-tenant features while hosting various client systems and information, and yet possesses the flexibility for the servers to scale to the growing client requirements. A fast growing software firm was looking to scale from 40 users, as they were looking to expand worldwide to serve to multiple customers.
Network Remedy set up the infrastructure inside its own data center on a pay-as-you-go-(grow) basis. With Network Remedy’s solution, the client could now scale very quickly to 800 users and they now enjoy an established global presence too. “Now there is no down time and by a simple phone call we just add more processing power, storage and memory so that our clients can accommodate more servers quickly and easily,” says Prasad. While the firm’s client enjoyed significant cost savings close to 50 percent beyond just scalability, they also availed savings on their infrastructure to about 60 percent.
Network Remedy differentiates largely from its competition with the way it aligns cloud technology and managed services to help its clients handle everything from helpdesk, desktop all the way up to CIO level planning, designing, budgeting, and that impacts their long term growth. The firm’s robust virtual platform is system agnostic and can configure any system to get them up and running quickly and at ease, versus having the client requiring the purchase of hardware and software licensing. “We provide all the data migration expertise with consulting to make sure that the system’s migration is seamless; and we set up the systems in our own cloud platform so that our operations team will be able to fully manage it, constantly monitor it, and provide with backup solutions to ensure business continuity for our clients,” explains Prasad.
Network Remedy is currently working on LAN acceleration testing to offer global clients at remote locations a greater connectivity experience. With an ambitious growth plan, Network Remedy looks forward to enhance its server based cloud platform, and managed IT services to thrive towards the next big avenue with great customer expectations.
