Piecing together an assortment of enterprise applications often gives organizations a false sense of preparedness. With so many applications, organizations believe they have all their bases covered—that they have what they need to run their business and are well-prepared for any task. But most often, pieced together solutions are unevenly adopted over time (if at all), creating a tangled web of siloed business software systems with elaborate manual monitoring. And, although the disparate systems can handle short-term tactical needs, it restrains a company from gaining complete flexibility, and ultimately scaling efficiently in the long run. “These are the precise setbacks we aim to solve for businesses,” says Arun Cavale, a veteran business process strategy consultant, and the CEO of NexInfo Solutions Inc.

Established in 1999, NexInfo Solutions Inc., is zealous about striking the right balance of technology and business expertise to help their clients navigate seamlessly through an ever-changing and competitive business landscape. The company’s core competencies lie in providing a broad range of business and technical consulting services to implement and optimize comprehensive and integrated business systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Customer Experience (CX), Supply Chain Management (SCM), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and Data Analytics that are “engineered to scale with your business.”

“Several companies in the market today are still working with 10-15-year-old ERP systems as they find it hard to adapt to a newer system due to lack of appropriate guidance,” explains Cavale. With a plethora of software implementation services, managed SaaS, and specialization in business process design and staff augmentation, NexInfo promises to help such companies. The goal is to deploy innovative solutions and aid an organization in their technical maturity, which in turn helps automate the business process, organizational workflow, and data management capacities.

“Business enterprises today have specific demands and they expect high levels of usability and customization for the software they are deploying,” explains Kathleen Tinajero, Marketing Strategist at NexInfo. Driven by such requirements, NexInfo leads clients using a ‘best practice’ approach to leverage the designed capabilities of Oracle ERP solutions—like Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle JD Edwards, Oracle Fusion Cloud and SAP.

When it comes to the implementation of an ERP system, NexInfo employs its time-tested proprietary NexGen methodology, which, according to Cavale, is a five-step approach to organizational success.

NexInfo is zealous about striking the right balance of technology and business expertise to help their clients navigate seamlessly through an ever-changing and competitive business landscape

The company begins by evaluating the business process maturity, the organizational skill capability, and data sufficiency of a company by conducting an in-depth analysis. In the next phase, they break down the current prominent industry trends to educate the management team and help them adopt the best-suited solution for their firm. Then, based on the insights gathered from the analysis, NexInfo starts designing business solutions on the ERP system using best-in-class technologies and lean process design, well-suited to meet the objectives of the company. And finally, NexInfo moves to the validation stage where the product configuration is conducted prior to the final step of ERP system deployment.

To further elaborate the robustness of NexInfo’s services, Cavale throws light on one of their more recent client success stories. “It was a medical devices company that was still using an outdated ERP system and observing high maintenance costs,” he recalls. NexInfo helped the company move to a cloud-based ERP system and streamlined its business processes by implementing add-on features for better utilization of the company’s resources. The ERP system not only digitalized the operations but aided the company in gaining a deeper understanding of the market through vivid data analytics modules. “We also made sure that the company developed internal competencies and attained key improvements in its operations during the partnership,” adds Tinajero.

With several such successes today, NexInfo has become one of the trusted advisors in the ERP domain. In a constant effort to grow, NexInfo is working on its own line of cloud-based ERP offerings. “We are always passionate about addressing the technology gaps in the ERP market, and we will continue to do so, to help build businesses that are strong and sustainable in the long run,” concludes Cavale.
